EV14 Injectors and Billet Fuel Rail Kit NB (98-05)

Our EV14 injector and billet aluminium fuel rail kit. This kit allows you to fit larger more modern  Bosch EV14 Long injectors without having to use top hat spacers. They will deliver enough fuel for over 300bhp but still give pefect fueling control on a stock engine at idle.

You can use the options below to confingure it how you want to use it, either a return system or dead head.We expect most customers will want to use it in the return configuration. It has a -08 ORB (3/4 UNF) thread at each end which allows you to pick and swap between hose barb or AN fittngs.

The kit comes complete with:

- Billet high flow fuel rail
- 550cc Genuine Bosch EV14 Long fuel injectors
- Stainless steel mounting hardware
- New bottom injector seals
- New injector plugs

Please note that the EGR valve must be removed for this fuel rail to work with the stock fuel pressure regulator. We have assumed that any cars making 160bhp+ will have a different exhaust manifold so will have junked the EGR a long time ago! We produce billet EGR blanking plates if you require them.
